For more than 25 years, we have let and managed properties for our clients. During these years, we have made this a definitively recognised speciality. We follow our Agreements totally and we provide quality management services: - Writing of leases. - Reporting on the condition of the property on entrance and departure of tenants, - Making a particularly attentive study of candidate tenant files. In addition, within the framework of our guarantee fund, where our present cover passes 1,676,940 Euros, we can also arrange insurance for unpaid rents. We also arrange, the necessary estimates for repair and maintenance work and follow these through to final completion. As regards payment of rent, this takes place monthly by direct bank transfer to our Clients accounts. Finally, every year, we publish an annual report of income for tax purposes. On the commercial side, we have permanent contacts with Multinational Companies and Embassies, either directly, or with their service companies.
